PSS – SciQuest Overview The University of Florida has authorized public agency access to its SciQuest contract for interlocal cooperative purchasing (piggy-backing). | Warranty: | SciQuest warrants that it is the owner of the applications it licenses to PSS participants or otherwise has the right and authority to grant such licenses to PSS participants, which are provided for pursuant to the relevant agreement. SciQuest and the PSS participant will strike a Master License and Services Agreement which will delineate all terms and conditions between the parties. SciQuest represents that during the warranty period, all application media developed by SciQuest or its affiliates and provided to PSS participants is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and such applications will substantially perform in accordance with and as specified in the applicable documentation when opened in the designated environment. SciQuest does not represent that the functions contained in the applications will meet PSS participants' requirements or that the applications will operate uninterrupted or error free. |
