Can you purchase from PSS?
Public entities generally have the authority to "piggyback" off of other public agencies’ competitively awarded contracts. If you are a state or local government (including county, city & municipality), school district (K-12), public agency or a qualifying not-for-profit, you may be eligible to utilize PSS contracts. Higher education institutions are eligible only if they are members of Educational & Institutional Cooperative Purchasing. How do we deliver savings?
PSS aggregates the purchasing volume of participating public agencies to obtain larger volume discounts from suppliers by working hand-in-hand with public agencies that act as "lead" purchasing agencies. Best of all, there are no strings attached! Participation is voluntary and there are no minimum volume requirements.
