The Public Sourcing Solutions Contract Model

All contracts offered by Public Sourcing Solutions include "piggybacking" provisions.  Based on state interlocal cooperative purchasing statutes, "piggybacking" is a method by which a lead public agency's competitively bid contract is extended to other public agencies and not-for-profit organizations.  This provision is valuable in helping to overcome the barriers inherent in state and local codes, given the fact that almost all state and local governments allow their public agencies to piggyback off other public agency contracts.
